I joined this site cuz it looked like a hoot. Meeting a geek girl or just other geeks and nerds who like sci-fi seems appealing to me. I love lots of different Sci Fi, I don't believe that liking one fandom leads to belittling all others. So I like Star Wars, and Trek. I like Battlestar Galactica both the cheesy 70s version and the great modern version. Most of my sci-fi is from books. I especially like the following authors: William Gibson, Neal Stephenson, Heinlein, Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke. I've never lost a game of Star Wars trivial pursuit, and usually play with a handicap.
