I joined this site because the idea of a dating/friend site for scifi fans is an idea whose time has come. I always want to meet new fen! Okay, onto the fandoms. The X-Files is my all time favorite sci fi show, but right now my current loves are Stargate Atlantis, Heroes, Lost, and Battlestar Galactica. My fave chars (in same order) are Rodney Mckay and Teyla Emmagan (SGA), Hiro (Heroes), Kate and Locke (Lost), and Starbuck and Rosalin (BSG). Oh, and Firefly! How could I forget?! *shamed* My fave chars are Zoe and Wash and River. I'm very much into fandom and fannish activities. Some of which are: blogging, fanfiction, slash fanfiction, conventions, screenings, etc. If I could, I'd totally jack in and upload myself to the internet. Yes, I have read too much cyberpunk. I'm a loud and proud geek and have no shame around "mundanes". I am always down for a lively "debate" over which Trek series and captain was the best *DS9 cough*, which new Doctor Who is the awesomest (10th!), why I'm the only person that loves the entire Matrix trilogy. Seriously, I love making new friends and if it turns into more and I really click with someone, then great!
