I'm a research consultant for the Canadian government in Ottawa, and have been into sci-fi, comics and horror films for most of my life. It goes without saying that I'm into Star Wars and Star Trek, and also Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica, a few seasons of X-Files, and Fringe. I went to the San Diego Con last year, and it was a total blast. Apart from sci-fi, horror, and comics, I'm also into history (trying to write a book on the side, but it's hard with a full-time job), baseball and hockey (esp. the Red Sox and Bruins), and classic rock.
