I'm relatively new to Dr. Who, having just started following it when it came to the States on the Sci Fi Channel. I really like the show though, even without having followed it for long. This video makes a pretty compelling argument though, but I'm not sure if I'm believing it because I just don't know about the whole backstory. I buy the theory presented...until someone with more knowledge of Dr. Who can poke some holes in it.
